No, as not all of our guests use the Haven facilities, they are considered an optional extra that can be purchased directly from Haven when you arrive or at any time during your stay. Prices for Play Passes can be found on the Haven website.

It is Haven policy not to permit guests to bring their pets.
Our caravan is located at Haven Holiday Village, Burnham-on-Sea, Somerset, near the fishing lake and close to the entertainment complex. Just a short walk to the beach and town centre comes with a decking area and a wide grass area, safe for children to play on. Please download our map.
We have 3 bedrooms: one double bed, two twin beds and a pull-out sofa which can sleep up to 8 people.

This is self-catering accommodation and whilst everything is provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible, you will need to bring anything that needs to be laundered e.g. towels, tea towels, blankets and don’t forget the food in case you want to cook in the well-equipped kitchens. Ample storage in the fridges and freezers to keep you going. We. an provide fresh bed linen at an additional cost of £35. Please contact us if you’d like us to arrange this.
Cancel up to 14 days before check in date and 50% of the hire price will be refunded
Cancel within 14 days of your trip and the hire price is non-refundable
If you arrive and decide to finish your rental early, there is no refund.
We can provide travel to and from our caravan within our fleet of luxury mini-buses via our sister company, Dubs Travels.
For Haven caravans in the UK, Low Season is generally during the cooler months (early spring, late autumn, winter, excluding holidays), while High Season hits during UK school holidays, summer (June-August), Easter, and half-terms, with August being the most expensive. You’ll find the lowest prices in September, October, and November (outside school breaks), while summer months, especially August, command the highest prices.
